Claire's Knowledge Base

A public-facing knowledge platform for turning scattered material into reusable judgment, methods, cases, and content assets.

117private source notes indexed into this public snapshot
611.6Kcharacters managed in the underlying knowledge base
245internal links shaping the knowledge graph
77operating score from structure, links, and tags
Minimal white architecture with a red door
Executive view From material to judgment.
Public model

One system, four loops.

This public page shows the operating logic of the knowledge base without exposing private file paths or raw notes. It is designed as a shareable knowledge-middle-platform profile: clear enough for collaborators, discreet enough for personal work.

Aggregate signals

Where the weight currently sits.

The public snapshot only uses aggregate vault metadata. It shows the shape of the system, not the private substance of the underlying documents.

Architecture

Designed for reuse, not storage.

The system is intentionally organized around decision work. Every note should eventually become easier to retrieve, compare, cite, reuse, or convert into a public-facing output.

Capture firstNew material enters the system before classification pressure slows it down.
Connect quicklyValuable inputs are linked to methods, cases, topics, and commercial observations.
Promote assetsRepeatedly useful notes graduate into templates, frameworks, cases, or content material.
Review signalsWeekly review focuses on additions, orphan notes, broken links, and output conversion.
Keep rules lightGovernance exists to reduce friction, not to turn knowledge work into filing work.
Publish selectivelyOnly public-safe abstractions and aggregate signals leave the private workspace.
Operating health

Useful, and becoming more networked.

The score is a lightweight proxy based on note volume, internal links, and tag usage. It is not a vanity metric; it points to how easily knowledge can be reused.

Linking

245 internal links indicate that notes are becoming a connected working graph.

Tagging

11 tag uses support lightweight retrieval without overbuilding taxonomy.

Privacy

Published content excludes raw note titles, local paths, and private Obsidian links.

Next iteration

Four moves for the next version.

The next step is not to organize more. It is to make the knowledge system more usable for decisions, publishing, and collaboration.

01
Input to libraryMove high-value inputs into method, case, topic, or commercial-observation libraries.
02
Add five tagsKeep the taxonomy small: topic, method, case, user problem, business signal.
03
Extract assetsTurn long notes into judgment cards, tool cards, trend cards, and reusable examples.
04
Connect templatesLet templates link back to content engines, project assets, and review loops.
05
Review weeklyTrack additions, orphan notes, broken links, and output conversion every week.
06
Publish safelyShare aggregated insight externally while keeping private working material inside the vault.
